One of my propertiesIt costed me 215k (Bought it in Utah around 2015) it is now selling for 290k (So about 75k profit minus real estate fees commission etc) i owe about 198k on the home so is about 92k before expensesI have about 30k in savings, plus cashing out on this property, I am planing to acquire 4 rental properties in Indianapolis in the range of 50-75k a piece, my question is how can i not pay taxes on my profit. is it by buying properties equaling to more than the sale price of my home?

I agree with Will that if insisting on tiling over the existing walls you will need to rough up what's there to ensure a good bond, definitely agree there will be lots of dust and little pieces of tile to clean up/pull out of your arms, legs and any other exposed parts of your body...be sure to protect your eyes and wear a mask!!!

I recently picked up a Blink system - it's pretty good but a blue LED light comes on when the recording starts and cannot be disabled (you can open it up and put a piece of electrical tape over it though).
