On occasions when we have had lenders unable to take the first payment until a full payment cycle (be it two weeks or one month) after Close, we normally make a principal pre-payment in the amount of our planned payment as it's in our best long-term interest.

HUD sold 3 houses in this city One went for $14000 net over asking Another went for $10000 net over asking and one went for $18,000 less than asking There is a hud realtor in this city suckering buyers into way over bidding I have done research , and about 2-3% of HUD Houses go for more than asking, usually by just a few hundred dollars, maybe 1 or 2K over asking in a rare occasion But 2 HUD houses to go for $10K and $14K net over asking ?
