Short-term rentals have a lot of bills and I don't need to provide Airbnb or anyone else lovely publicity.

Bjorn I am with you just give them 6 more months and collect rent in the meantime.. nothing going to happen for a few months anyway.. unless you dont need the money want to have hold over tenants who get upset and maybe you end up with a big turn over bill??

To all landlords and real estate investors in New York State - The state senate is currently considering a bill that would waive/suspend rents for all tenants impacted by the corona virus.

Disregarding state and local gov't actions, it looks like the federal 'stimulus' bill that just passed only applies to federal backed loans.

She’s kept a steady job through out all of this an all of her bills are paid.

There's dozens of threads regarding this but with the just passed relief bill from the federal government, they should be receiving some funds they can put towards rent.
