Owners of air bnb units, do you guys put cable/YouTube tv or just Netflix or Hulu in your places?

I am up in the air on applying or not.

The garage has a full sub panel so i am excited with the options in the future for an air bnb.

I felt the headache of dealing with that would have been more appropriately wrapped into the loan, so that's the route I took. 2) The market is incredibly hot, but the high appreciation rate (149%) is due to the US Navy closing down a base in Hawaii and relocating the assets to NAS Whidbey Island (30 minutes south of this location), with more future plans to expand the amount of squadrons on that Naval Air Station. 3) Yeah, renting the one bedroom out for $2000 is unattainable.

We've had multiple tenants say they are moving forward on a property only to disappear into thin air.

If you can afford it, buy a single family with ohana in a neighborhood that allows owner occupied air bnb.

Just wanted to clear the air so other beginners don't have incorrect presumptions about brokers.
