I'm comfortable doing almost any job or task required to build a residential home but I don't have strong enough finances to build a spec home so I'm looking to find a very cheap house to flip instead.  

Finding market rent is one of the easiest tasks you will come across and you get to do a quick check of your competition to see if you are meeting the standards you set out to.Rentometer seems to be reliable in some areas, wildly not in others.

So to whomever visits the site just know it has one task and one task only, search.

My point about not looking for extreme profit gains on a joint adventure was more towards the fact that I’m new, don’t have my name out there yet An have no proof that I can do as I say.

I am excited about my real estate investing adventure.

Don’t underestimate the time it takes to complete those three tasks.

Either way I've been spending a lot of time looking for ways to find off market deals in my part of the world and it is a daunting task, anything that pops up on MLS isn't going to be there long.
