I am currently in the market for land where I can build a new construction (ground-up construction).I recently read about the HomeStyle loan on BiggerPockets and wondering if anyone in Chicago has had experience they can share?

There are some great opportunities in the Ohio markets.

Having a diagnostic run will probably set me back an additional $300-400 to find out what the problem is (I'm guessing.)

Am i missing a market? 

By dispo side I plan on wholesaling and working with other wholesalers in the market who also have leads and connecting them with my buyers if the numbers, location and details are all in a row.  

When the market was a little hotter in the recent past, a lot of listing agents in my area would shun or downplay offers that came with financing from credit unions or "too big to fail" banks.
