I totally agree with you, the only thing was that my first list I purchased (about 1,000) names were accidentally people who bought properties in the last three months instead of typical absentee owner.

Having gone through the short sale motions a few times we found this odd and pressed the agent to get more information.

I'm glad that you were able to recover and press forward.

@Jay Hinrichs, this is a little disheartening to hear about Oregon, though I'm certainly glad to be accidentally educated on it. 

They pressed me to have it back within 2 hours, I said no way until my attorney reviews.
