So, it's been worth it for me so far.

You will pay origination points twice but rates are expected to be lower by then as well so it could be worth it.

In 5 minutes of research we identified that he would have set the record sale price for a multiunit for that area in the last 3 years.

Is it worth it?

It's already tough enough over there, then throw in section 8....Sometimes the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

At least it will sit on their record and perhaps prevent them from taking advantage of the next Landlord.

Thoughts on a EV charger or not worth the risk/hassle?

I've gotten some rentals under my belt on my own, but nothing worth quitting my job for yet although this is my personal goal. 

As you know, a lot of STRs claims are pretty small so they don’t worth putting a claim and increasing your insurance premium for your portfolio. $100 per month is a pretty significant amount considering the volume.
