Unless someone is living in the storage shed, who cares if it's painted at all?

I only had one comment from a tenant about no cable, but they also weren't aware that they could reboot a device by turning it off and back on, so I take that comment with a grain of salt. 

Unless this is a huge project, I doubt you would need a storage container.

This building has potential to have multiple revenue streams from storage, apartments, retail, or office space.

Flyers, big signage on freeway, video, drone of neighborhood, site plans floor plans, photos of vacant and occupied units that are super tidy, demographics of town, major employers, how many parking spaces... what leases range for, can you charge for things not yet expanded like storage and charges for extra parking or assigned parking.Broker should know every marketing tool.
