I use the same lock sets for rehabs and then change them out once they're sold.The Quickset 4 packs sold at Lowe's and HD-2 door and 2 deadbolt-have a code on the package so you can look to buy matching sets.

I should not need to pack heat or bring along a really big guy to protect me.Being a slumlord is never an "out" for me.

Completely jam packed then one day parking lot was near empty-a major layoff. 

I had a newbie offer something that I almost sent him packing on but I was basically goofing off that day and said show it to me.

Get it rezoned and a variance to pack out as many units as possible work with an architect to do so.

She said no at first but has an RV to sell.

It also has a paved 20ft. long boat or RV parking lot.

Perhaps we don't share the same interests, but think about your lifestyle before packing up and moving out. 

I agree with @Jay Hinrichs find one close to home first or a few ,then once you have a system down pack then consider investing out of the state then.
