Those other bits are just gravy.The net commission in my pocket on the sample sale was as follows (in order of descending value):eXp - $1,510 (100%)VHB: - $1,400 (93%)Bean Group: $1,351 (89%)KW: $1,316 (87%)C21: $1,288 (85%)Better Homes: $1,130 (75%)So as much as I dismissed eXp after two ham-handed pitches that focused on "riches through recruiting", an analysis of the numbers made eXp the best decision for me.I hope that helps.

Do your homework on the specific areas, check the school districts, check to see crime, call the local police or building department and ask about that specific street (they shouldn't tell you anything but sometimes they do!).
