I’ve seen multiple cases where online county records do not show everything that is on a full commitment.

I know location will play a big part on % of occupancy but I’d like to hear people’s experiences with condotels if anyone has any or know someone that does.

What was interesting is he's in the same niche but he's playing different markets...and it wasn't just the local economy,  but local conditions like aggressive taxing authorities taking a bite out of what is healthy revenues.  

Does anyone know if they have a co- insurance clause (link below for definition if needed), or does this only come into play if insured below market value (rather than below replacement cost)?
