I’m seeking advice on how to fund properties typically priced at $66K or below, as well as properties around $100K or under.I’ve been looking into the BRRR method and Section 8 as potential strategies.

I am from Chicago, but even being local it's VERY hard to predict how long it will take to stabilize an asset in a rough neighborhood...and guess what!  

We just sold our first house and made 150,000 we now live traveling on the road but want to invest that ASAP so it’s not just sitting in the bank Into real estate but don’t know where to start.

I am debating about this because I know most people like mature trees but in this particular case, they almost completely cover up the front of the house. 

That way you know they are active in the BP community!
