The main players in this space are Guidance Residential and UIF, but it turns out that they may just be purchasing a Freddie/Fannie loan on the back end to finance the deal and then structure it differently for the buyer - which isn't in accordance with their religious rules. 

In real life, it's slow-going and in my experience rents are lower than it seems like they should be.

Hoping we can squeeze in at the last minute!

Some of this might be do to seasonality (I don't have anything to compare to because I started marketing on FB about 9 months ago).

This can be a great solution but you need to fully understand what type of 2nd you're getting so you don't screw yourself down the road.

I think it is time for me to have a property management software of some kind to manage my long-term rental properties going forward.
