New real estate investor here, moving for work and looking to get my first deal in Columbus, OH with my VA loan.  

I have new tenant that’s just moved in and asked me to do the same thing.

If I potentially need to move away to be on site, is there going to be any problems regarding the FHA loan?

The move in date is August 1.

So it sounds like I likely have 2 options:1) just sell the property and eat the Cap Gains tax and move on, or2) do the entire exchange under our personal names and do a “improvement exchange” and book it through the home build.

Needless to say, two weeks later when the tenants move in, the tub isn't draining. 

We refinanced to a lower rate, then immediately moved out and acquired another house.

If you have cleared it, you can move out do house hack the next one.

As for LLC or not, i think LLC is a good move when dealing with a partnership
