lol I think she might be a little mad your violated her privacy without notice.... but a good tenant will always work well with others i think too... lolIf not and she will not budge... you have the right to file a notice to either stop growing or move out.

So the seller shows up and tells me, he and his wife just separated, she just moved out. meanwhile her family is living there and not contributing to the bills, he is stuck with the house which he isnt even living in. he's like "i am VERY motivated, I used to be a truck driver, my company was sold and now I have a new job but make less money." so we walk around the place and he says "hey, how ya like that husky riding mower?

Companies have to get permits for signs and where they put them is regulated, especially if the signs has a changing LCD display that may distract drivers.

In the past, we have even offered moving boxes (including wardrobe boxes), 3 mil thick garbage bags and paid for disposal of the garbage, and even a couple of moving guys and a u-haul truck with driver.

I had a plumber come out to give me a quote on replacing two pvc pipes...he did not tell me when he was coming just texted me he was there and I said I would be there in 15 minutes...it took 25 in which time he called me to demand where I was...at the house he didn't even look at anything just said it would be $10,000 ...if he didn't want the job he should have just said so...I posted on a local group about my experience with him and all his buddies are slamming me for being an investor and trying to "cheap" out...and all investors try to do that to hard working guys blah blah...I will put $30,000 into this house ...using painters and AC guys and electricians etc...plus I took a house that had been empty for 2 years and I will make it into a nice safe home for a family...I bet none of the folks slamming me for being an evil investor add any jobs to the economy or bring houses back to help the neighborhood...why are folks so mad at us...

Same scenario as others have mentioned; someone reports they're doing "god's work" (here in the south folks often don't question those who claim to be doing such work) and are renting their homes on the cheap.Last one that came up on craigslist I got so mad at I actually called the number and left a message that if I ever found them I'd hunt them down and blow them to kingdom come (I thought that was rather ironic...must have been a Monday when I called).

That's the really frightening part-- I didn't see any Bush "true believers" and those who supported him for 8 years were mad as a wet cat when he pulled some of his shenanigans.

As a transactional funder I require a copy of the C buyer's ID, usually a driver's license, in order to verify the signatures on the C Buyer's contract.
