I recently completed a 3 day training course and have decided to dig deeper.

At this time the BRRR method looks most appealing to me but I'd like to educate myself more before diving in as well as save for a down payment.

I've been reading a lot on REI for the last year or so and am about to take a dive into my first property!

Many of them are at deeper discounts than others. 

I would like to dive in a bit more into this:If he just buys the condo, and then when I qualify could we refinance into my name I hope minimizing costs when comparing to two closing costs? 

I'm excited to dive in and start learning!

At a glance,  the two may look very similar,  but when you look deeper or experience it yourself,  things are quite different. 

I think those who are willing to dig a bit deeper and work outside of their comfort zone will find the deals.
