The biggest challenge is just being able to pick up the phone and call someone, instead I have to rely on internet calling options but it's still not that big of an issue.

PS: We are guessing it might be the buyer's agent who dropped the ball with being on vacation for one week without the internet and forwarded the tenant info late.  

The internet is full of well meaning individuals trying to be helpful and spreading incorrect or inaccurate information.  

I have also been looking at the Las Vegas area, and there seems to be some good deals at least on what I can find on the internet.

With the internet these days, a company can look and sound big but could be a scam operation out of someone's basement.
