I just wanted to give the person who is about to go to one of these seminars a fair warning and things to look out for...

However they did warn that there was no case study against these transactions and if you do these transactions a lot and get caught it can still be construed as fraud.

One must be  very careful just like the warning posts at the top describe.. if you want newbies to get suckered into deals by scammers and newbies its for sure the go to place for that activity.Mortgage lending is competitive as we know and I see that has a place on the market place just takes the good one's to stand out..

A word of warning,  tread carefully as off market transactions can be very tricky !
