@Waleep Alvi in addition to the military growth, Amazon has just built a large facility a few miles West.

The AirPort just recently entered into and agreement with Amazon, Publix is headquartered there, as well as undergoing a large industrial space boom.

There are numerous distribution centers north of HWY 27 next to the interstate (Fed Ex, Autozone, Chewy, Amazon, and a new one being built).
