I was wondering if any of you had insights into what would be good districts not only to familiarize myself with. 

Good Morning BP,I am wondering if anyone has seen a VA loan for construction-to-permanent for a new contrsuction.It sounds like most won't lend this becasue of the VA requirements for a home (and there is no home yet...).I have not done a new build before, does anyone have advice for getting the construction loan if i end having to do that and then get a VA loan for purchase?

I’m just wondering if my circumstances fits the criteria that an underwriter would sign off on. 

Wondering if anyone out there has built multiple polebarns on one lot to rent out to construction or landscaping companies?

It’s a small community, less than 5,000, so I assume that makes a big difference, but makes me wonder how much I should share with a lender going forward!

I have also done some other research and have read about Fannie Mae home-style loan which basically encompasses what I have been saying and combines the cost of a "fix-er-upper" and the cost of said repairs, and wondered if this is common.
