I am not so naive to think that real estate is all rainbows and butterflies nor is it a "get rich quick method".

Interesting, good to know the taxes have such a wide spread between similar properties.

Also, if you're interested in selling your property in the near future, your property's value will increase because you no longer have long-term, low rent tenants; getting rid of long term tenants is a value-add method in itself. 

The higher rate is the price you pay for more creative qualification methods (DSCR instead of DTI).

Even if its just some simple single family homes you can manage yourself.Take the next 5 years to hone in your landlording and business methods and pay off debt.
