If he does nothing with rents and keeps them below market, he will still cash flow about $1000 a month fully rented (so maybe $600 when including vacancy/maint/etc...)Some things to note:He did time the interest rate perfectly and put down 10%.

If there is not a lot of activity in the area then the Zestimate will be way off.One thing to keep in mind is that Zestimate also doesn't factor in "aesthetics" nor does it factor in "ammenities".

Using simple numbers, assume I want to purchase a $100,000 property using crypto as collateral:- I pay the closing costs with cash- I put down 10% down payment with cash ($10,000) - I utilize a crypto mortgage for the remaining 90% ($90,000) This way, I still keep my crypto and I have a property, both of which may accrue in value over the long-term.

I recently made an offer on a duplex, it's 4bed 3bath front unit + 2bed 2bath rear unitcurrently rear unit is rented for below market price at $930, market is around $1100-1200, rear unit is in very good condition and tenant maintained it well and i plan to keep her.
