Literally the black sheep of the midwest is Illinois.

Well, the story started in 2009. 2009: 1st year in the United States for getting my master’s degree in computer science, fell in love with web design and web development.2010: Graduated from school and started working full-time at a logistics company with very minimum wages (I didn’t know at the time) at around 3K a month and long-hour day (10-12 hours a day).Fast forward to 2012: Quitted my first job and joined a tech startup as a junior front end developer, learned a ton of stuff about writing codes.2013: Got married and got to know Biggerpockets by listening to the podcasts every day while taking my wife to work back and forth.

The 8-10 week rehab turned out to take a year (luckily it was cash not hard money), although lessons were learned and it'll still come out in the black with priceless lessons learned to put to use on our next project.
