The Timberlake Wetland Restoration Area (described in the video The seeds of ghost forests) should be a wakeup call to anyone in the tree business.

We are too far from any kind of winter sports like skiing etc.Spring and Fall are great for biking, hiking and such, but I need to market it better for those seasons.Winter is dead as a doornail for us.

Although, the city has poured a lot of money into the sports complex in the area, and the renovation of Interstate-4, I am not convinced that the area is appreciating in a way that Investors can make a great return on investment.
