That will help keep thing square with the guests.Remember that you need to do a full background check etc etc with a regular full lease for the time they are there.

I'm unfamiliar with these tactics, it would be helpful to know if there's any avenue there or otherwise any options I'm not aware of.I know the bank and my lawyer will have their own answers to these questions, but I'm looking for ideas in general.

Then, block out all the noise and BS that is Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and god help us, TikTok. 

Or just any general advice about buying your first property would be helpful.

But i can't live here for long if the leak issue isn't fixed so I'm thinking maybe the bank will help because it's their asset.
