I am 33 years old  and a 14 year Air Force veteran.    

I am a Veteran and I run a property maintenance business as of now and am pursuing a couple other things on the side.

I know you said it was a "legitimate" excuse, but...When I find my DFW veterans (and mentors) I hope they are as nice and patient as you.

Especially if you want to do large complexes within 5 years, that means you have 5 years to flip as many deals as you can so that a banker issue the loan with ease knowing that he's dealing with a veteran, not a 5-year investor that knows how to buy and that's all.

My first question to the veterans out there is how do I decide which real estate game to pursue?

I'm finally dedicating more time to my passion for real estate investing so I figured I'd drop my intro here now before I start posting.I'm 35 years young, a 15 year combat veteran, and currently own/operate a gun store in North Las Vegas as well as a CNC Manufacturing Facility that contract manufactures for firearm makers across the US and a few other continents as well.I grew up in Waterbury, CT and own properties there, as well as MT and NV.When I first got stationed in Las Vegas a little over a decade ago it was during the real estate boom and as a side gig I worked with property managers and flippers for a few years until the market crumbled.
