@Jaron Walling The vast majority of retail buyers that I’ve worked with either specifically look for an open floor plan or immediately start talking about which walls can come down to open things up.Especially in a home as small as the one you’re discussing, I think it’s well worth the effort and expense to open things up.

Some sell only the home with PM services a la carte, some throw in six months free, others might have you sign a year-long contract; there are no hard rules.Brie Schmidt has a great site, though it is hampered by a relatively small number of reviewed firms (you see the same few companies over and over), and the vast majority of reviews are all amazingly positive (which may or may not accurately reflect the "whole picture.")

Well… I don’t know where to begin because, I don’t know what I don’t know.Married, Father of 6, ready to make changes to my thinking and jump into real estate to get out of the month-to-month paycheck-to-paycheck rat race to create margin and generational wealth for my family.Half way through 2 of Brandon’s books right now, and, with that said, I don’t even really know where to begin because of the vast options.Any thoughts or advice??
