But even with a FSBO, a bet listing rule may be applied.In every state, the reason a licensee is required to give notice that they are a licensee at the first opportunity with the public is to inform the general public that they have unique knowledge and expertise about real estate and that any licensee is preceived to be dealing at an advantage over any person who does not hold a licensee.

Hi, you're probably doing alot of reading by now, but I can tell you that real estate is unique.

Would love to expand in this niche, just don't have the down payments....

I dont listen to excuses .My niche is finding smaller houses in good areas with better to great schools , What I have to rent people want , I am rehabbing a duplex that will be done in 2 months , I have 15 applicants already , I havent put up a sign or advertised .
