Three are friends (including A) and the fourth is A’s fathers who owns the previously mentioned company that is into commercial real estate and franchises stores.  

In the last 15 months I closed on three rentals and I have been continuing to check out places and make offers.

I have become addicted with learning about investing over the passed three months.

ive been here for three days so far and ive learned a lot of things i didnt know before but i feel a little stuck. im tryingto figure out what i need to look for when trying to decipher a lead on an MLS site. i know the formulas as well as the math but frankly when i get there i dont know where to start first.

I'm then lucky enough to arrive in a room full of over three hundred people waiting in line and I'm the 2nd to last person before they stopped giving numbers and told people to try again Monday.  

Disclaimer -- I'm paying debt off right now deferring an emergency fund and relying on a contract job that could go away tomorrow; however, my wife makes enough that we can afford our three properties if I'm not working.  

As far as the equity split, DO NOT JUST SPLIT THE EQUITY evenly JUST because there are three partners.
