Or, is that part of the guru teaching to weasel out if you fail to get a "partner" to buy or sign off on the deal.

He's an investor first, coach second, and the types of deals he teaches are a lot more rife with risk than typical single-family deals (for which I don't think high-priced coaching is ever necessary).So, if you're talking about Lindahl, and you think you need a paid coach, I'd throw in my recommendation. 

They can do full overlay with hidden hinges in any style door you want. 

I hope I can learn as much as possible from everyone on BP and maybe even teach somebody else a thing or two down the line.

Just reading a book or cussing and discussing won't teach you construction techniques, codes or about materials, that takes time to gain experience as well as research.

we have a few that are white. always use the same countertop, which is laminate. we never put tiles backsplash because those go out of style quick (within 5 yrs). paint is easy to change.i dont have a picture up close though. those cabs were painted
