Huge thank you for always fighting the good fight supporting everyone with great advice and feedback, no matter how many times you have to repeat it, it has to be in the thousands at this point. 

I hired a full-time Project Manager, Office Manager, and a Sales Team of three (commission only).  

Almost all good REI books recommend that I build a good team first.  

Start small and have a team that you can dedicate to certain areas of the country. 

For those of you who might be slightly interested in knowing the outcome of this, I joined a recently-established Listing Leaders group ("Team Cowboy") based out of Hammond, IN. 

She said her salary alone is $80k plus she receives child support.

A property manager in my area said it could support $600 a month.

I would need PM support.

I've found that your team is your most important asset when investing out of state.  

Putting the pieces together on a deal is a lot like putting the right individuals together to create a team where the sum is greater than the parts.
