Clearance from the street and nearby properties?

Ive started reading some books, such as“Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and “The Wall Street Journal: Complete Real-Estate Investing.”

Can you imagine how you would be if this home you built was in California where they are considering more lock downs and masks in the street with those taxes and permiting problems?

My $1600ish is for a 2bed/2 bath which is pretty nice with lots of nice amenities too.Another thing, not to be picky, but not sure I want to move around just to rent again...what a predicament. 

Meaning if in the kitchen, don't point the camera at the half bath door off of the kitchen, rooming bedroom door etc. 

Since you're buying near a lake in my mind it may be semi-remote, do you know if City/Private sanitary sewer lines are on the street?

Set up individual Revocable trusts for each property, name them with the address: as in: The Flower Street Living Trust.
