You have to decide if those events are road blocks or merely speed bumps.

That could help bring you up to speed quickly as well.

Speed is becoming more important.

The higher payment comes out of your pocket...out of your cash flow.Take it to an extreme (speed wise).

Having said that, syndications come in many flavors -  reading through a few private placement memorandum (PPM) and subscription agreements to get familiar with the lingo will help you get up to speed on what is expected from limited partners.
