I put everything into the P&L in expense accounts until the end of the year, then I do a journal entry to shift all the necessary items over to the balance sheet before tax time.I used buildium for quite a while to manage tenants and gave their finance tools a try but found I was simply more comfortable with quickbooks.

I think perhaps on an isolated basis none of these things add up to a concern and it is business as normal but I believe when all tossed in the mix together a large market shift can occur which then will then create the downward pressure on values.
