It is all in the details of the deal and person driving the plan. 

Luckily I only have one rental property in Colorado, but it's my second home where I rent out a room rather than the whole house, so it's really important to me to be able to give reasonable notice to a tenant that isn't working out, since I have to share the house with them when I am there.How are others responding to this?

I have yet to see a free course be anything worthwhile but there are some that are relatively cheap for what they give you.I personally am a mid 6 figure earner & have been in land for 8 years now.I have numerous course, including Bosch's. 

Most estate attorneys only issue special warranty deeds as an example, since the person selling the property is dead. 

Can your share?

If they have questions, they may prefer a phone call and that always feels the most personal.
