Hi all, hoping I can get some advice from anyone who has experience renovating mobile homes in 55+ communities.

From what I observed, the community is very tight & close, everyone knows eachother, and they hold lots of community events.

Looking to connect and learn from this wonderful community.

Would you  recommend a platform that would allow me to pay to have it postedthanks for the information btw When you go to Zillow, put in your address and in the upper right corner you have "edit, save, share & more", click on more and then a drop down menu has 'claim as your home'.

There are only a certain number of homes that can be built new the beaches or Eastern Shore waterfront communities.

Here are just a few of the concerns we have with allowing communities to impose Rent Control: * Rent Control is a complete disincentive to investment in rental property.

I deal with development opportunities where I can and synergies between local businesses.Then I have my operations manager who handles most of the day-to-day management of the properties, and they manage some of our contractors and managers.Our model is a little different than large parks because we have regional managers that cover multiple communities vs a single one.The pain point right now is mainly having consistently qualified contractors and filling vacant spaces as quickly as we can.
