On this current transaction they are pulling tooth and nail and needing every single updated document as I told them this was a flip.

For some reason if you don't have a real estate license, the seller's thing you don't know what you are doing and don't want to waste their time, when it fact, many regular buyers actually know way more then the realtor..If the property is already scheduled for an auctions, they bank might not take any offers anyway and just wait for the auction.

Helping to help raise our daughter was full time and my schedule was flexible for me to do that and when I had my medical problems she was in high school and still time consuming and now she only has one semester left to graduate from the University of Arkansas.Do not let any myths you might of heard that you do not need any prior experience or money to get started with apartments. 

Of course there are some companies which make their contribution based on a vesting schedule where you need to work there for a certain length of time for the companies contribution to truely be yours.

I am already paying them down ahead of schedule with the first one on pace to be free and clear in the next 12-18 months.
