I think installing an alarm and cameras is the best thing to do but even then thieves know how to disable those.

The lady tomorrow it's just her, the 2 dogs, and a 30 year old son on disability (epilepsy, I've had friends with severe epilepsy and it's rough so it has all my sympathy).

.), you just cannot insist that their income comes from a job because that would discriminate against the disabled (who get money from disability insurance instead of a job), the retired/elderly (who get money from SS or pensions), etc.Not a lawyer, not legal advice.

There is a guy around my area that runs about 10 of them and makes big $$$ doing it .That’s interesting  one of our local county commissioners runs several group homes and is making good money as well  I’d thought about converting a six unit into a group home to increase the profits  you can get more per door for sure but depending on what you’re doing it requires some setup and employees - intellectually disabled adults vs other mental ailments vs substance abuse or halfway house etc.
