You can mock and ridicule me as much as you want - that's not how they're being done right now by servicers and attorneys.

Looking deeper into it an inspector found rot from water coming in and several sewage pipes with holes in them in between unit.All things that simple regular maint would have prevented, but now the property is sadly in need of massive repairs and the seller asking a ridiculous price.Glad you have been able to save the property and get such and excellent deal out of it!

That all being said, if you get serious about your Realtor business, the income potential is ridiculous.  

We didn't have too much of a problem in Japan, which was weird considering how small the properties are there.We get to San Antonio, and spent the first year renting out a RIDICULOUS property for 2 people and 2 dogs, because it was 1 of 5 places that would allow our dog (and I'm one of those "I'll live on the street before I give up my dog" types).

I was just in your sures and these costs are literally ridiculous, but just today I was recommended leadsherpa, make an account, you dont have to wait for a phone interview just hit skiptracing and its only 15 cents per lead and its done in like 4 minutes which is unreal.

It's also ridiculously cheap compared to many of the real estate conferences.Some of the smartest internet marketing folks attend (those on and off stage), and it gives you a much larger pool of folks to potentially work with, and I'd be happy to help make some connection.
