I recently watched a bigger pockets Youtube video the other day, i forgot the title but its about the 4 square calculating a rental property.

He  currently lives on the west coast and I have been showing him properties by me visiting the homes and doing a video call with him on my phone. 

Could be similar to BP: Forum, Marketplace, paid member area for premium content, videos, podcats, how tos etc.

Also it's way closer of a drive for a start to wholesaling while working such random long hours in the food management industry. 

He has a video about 1.5 hours long (i believe its called the power of zero) on buying apartments with 100% owner financing.

I feel sick over how much money we poured into this property for them only to randomly turn around two weeks after signing the lease, after living there for nearly 5 years, and say they are done and that we need to "consider their family's needs."
