The property the prospect resides in was sold back in 2022 and based on the County record it shows it's currently owned by a Management company located in Florida (Don't know about regional office).

Contraction: Emphasize cash-flowing properties, distressed sales, and securing deals below market value.

Especially in the investor game when physical property tours aren't really necessary to sell properties.

I'm furious at this point, not only for the financial loss but also for hours upon hours of wasted time and running in circles.So here is the entire point of my post and ultimately my question; In clear language on our executed contract, I have included "X LLC reserves the right to file an affidavit of memorandum on the property."

My property manager is declining to provide a receipt of the repair that he/she conducted.
