For every deal she passes you that you flip, give her 10% of the profit, like a finders fee.If she's another wholesaler, get her info, but I'd be surprised if you do business with her.

Mike: I'm currently getting things organized here where I'm at in hopes of being able to get a property under contract via an option, and then sell the option to either another investor or an actual end buyer and then take the profits from that and move to Vegas, so I can have a few months of living expenses covered until I get going over in Vegas.I've got a few questions that I'm going to need to ask, but I'll save that for another post!

When fee land (land bought from the ground up) is purchased, the buyer automatically has air rights to build up which they can either keep or sell, generating profits that could run from 60-80 % of what they originally paid for their land.Van Ancken cited as examples of the increased value of air rights the recent sale at 279-287 Broadway where the land sold for $219 psf and the air rights went for $193.54 psf.

If you are flipping the property, it is good to have a minimum profit that you will accept on the deal and then you base your formula on that.
