I have no idea what the standard rate is for these services ism particularly in Ohio, so if someone can provide some input here it would greatly appreciated.

So much can be done online, and while you DO need to be reachable by your guests, you do NOT have to be reachable within 90 seconds, so don't feel hostage to some unreasonable standard of communication. 

So this is not something to do for a better loan term.  

So, it really isn't a hassle for me at all.
