Hi @Bevla Reeves I do not use Instagram due to the ease to get sidetracked and look at never ending pictures (I have enough distractions in life :p).That said, if it works for you to find investor friendly realtors, then by all means use it :)

While I would use a variety of sources (including local property managers, investors, and agents) to get a complete picture of the market rates, I would trust Rentometer over Zillow when just comparing the two.

Windows were left open for a few days, then we returned to remove 3 trailer loads of {predominately} garbage before we could begin the demolition.Here are some pictures of the unit when we regained possession:In the photo below, note the discolouration of the flooring and walls as you travel down the hallway and the rusted baseboard heater (the element had rusted out).
