Many pictures are outdated and show a house on the land, when the house has since been razed. 

Hi @Bevla Reeves I do not use Instagram due to the ease to get sidetracked and look at never ending pictures (I have enough distractions in life :p).That said, if it works for you to find investor friendly realtors, then by all means use it :) 

Also, more affordable than other capitals.Also, has developed nice residential neighborhoods, or at least on pictures look nice: https://new.flatfy.ro/gran-via-park-bucuresti  I intend on going there next month and check some properties.

While I would use a variety of sources (including local property managers, investors, and agents) to get a complete picture of the market rates, I would trust Rentometer over Zillow when just comparing the two.  

Look at the bigger picture first then trickle down to details.

Windows were left open for a few days, then we returned to remove 3 trailer loads of {predominately} garbage before we could begin the demolition.Here are some pictures of the unit when we regained possession:In the photo below, note the discolouration of the flooring and walls as you travel down the hallway and the rusted baseboard heater (the element had rusted out).  

They will give you a good overall picture of investing and you will learn a bunch.

I have already ordered about $200 worth of brochures advertising that I buy houses and I mention myself as well as my wife in these brochures and have both our pictures.
