What is the usual time to have the appraisal order picked up and completed from the time it is being placed?

If a seller allows cherry picking, typically the first thing I do is sort/filter by state, then by unpaid balance and then interest rate/yield. 

Everyone has different wins in life. personally I find the dog and kid letters cringe and I’m less likely to pick someone that send one not more all things being equal, that is a me thing most people are more likely to pick someone.

Hey Charles, I am not sure if there are multis in your area but you should consider house hacking to pick up your first property.

The closest example I can think of is you promise to pick someone up at the airport.

Ask the PM for photos, inspection of the unit immediately before unit was rented to current tenant (so you can assess damage on their exit), a copy of their last lease, contact information for each occupant, emergency information, their application, job information, and how they pay--on line portal, by check, cash, pick up by PM or ?
