I would think rent for a 2 bedroom condo would be close to $900 depending on size, parking, and pet policy.

If I did it, I would only do month-to-month, no pets.

Many Older people don’t mind smaller kitchens and millennials care more about local places to eat and space for their pets so :0 Don’t overthink it imo

Just asking her if she could run comps on some properties I was curious about was like pulling teeth.

I have had only 1 tenant that "thrashed" the place, her dogs loved to dig up the back yard, and she literally asked if she needed more than the $1,200 security and $400 pet deposits I was keeping.

Would it be safe to use that lease and just change some things based on my choices (about pets, smoking, etc.) or do most people hire a lawyer to do one from scratch?
