They are right by the skytrain station (the arteries of transportation for the Lower Mainland) = higher rents, easy rentability.

Incidentally, the U.S. system is far less accurate than the European system and many stations/sites have gone to using their data.

I am currently in the military, stationed in Germany, but will be back home in lakewood (right at the base of Green Mountain) in one year. 

It's about 3 blocks south of the BART station.

I was talking to a guy has units in Rockwood says he doesn’t need security because the cops are there every night and the station is close by.

The Bryan-College Station area will continue to thrive simply because of Texas A&M University, the largest school in the country.

Single family homes, gas stations, gyms, etc.
