Hi everyone, I recently got the Audible app for my iPhone and was looking to see what audio books people have listened to on there and which ones people would recommend.

I use the evernote app, and if there is a great post/blog I clip it to evernote where I have a few real estate related folders.

Anyone else experiencing problems with the app.

But I cannot count the number of calls I have received at 2 o'clock in the morning from a tenant who has "butt" dialed me while at the bar or what sounds like a great party with music blaring in the background.

@Darren Sager are you using the BP app, or are you going through Safari?  

So my friend ran by me this pretty creative idea for an app.

My question is do the Realtor facilitate the lease and do I still have her fill out my app if I'm provided the information?

I would only use platform-agnostic, ie, web-based apps.
