Only down side is sometimes neighbors feel inclined to call you about every problem but for the most part has been a cheap way to market my services in buying houses.

I'm a wholesaler trying to get leads in Westchester NY and have been using Listsource to find my leads.    And have not gotten any calls from the yellow letters/cards that I've sent out to the list. Unlike most newbie...

At that point I started on the main house which is an up and down duplex.

Recent ordinanced were passed that made it difficult to get such a license IF you're not using the main property as your primary residence. 

Daubs, the seller, Daubs Disposal Service and Daubs Landfill, Inc., neglected to pay the individuals who " either, found the buyer, "Brokered" the deal, or both.
